Fees

It’s long been a basic premise of Scouting is that each Scout should learn to pay his own way.

This encourages work ethic and ownership.

• Annual cost per Scout is $150.

• Breakdown: $75 at start of each school year, then $75 in January for recharter.

• We collect $5 a week dues for 40 weeks to cover this expense. (some choose to pay up front)

• Fund raisers (like the popcorn fundraiser) will help to (or completely) cover your fees.

• Scout Life magazine (optional) is $12.95 annually.

• *There is a new Scout membership fee to join if you are new to Scouts.
